Mrs. Shannon Mobley
|
Mrs. Mobley earned her B.S. in Biology from Hampton University in 2000 and her Master's Degree from Morgan State University in 2005. She moved to Maryland and began teaching biology and health in 2003 at Edmonson-Westside High School in Baltimore City. She became an Assistant Principal at Digital Harbor High School in 2008 and went on to become Principal in 2015. Mrs. Mobley came to Francis Scott Key High School in 2019.

Mr. Josh Rutter
|
Mr. Rutter is a 2004 graduate of Francis Scott Key High School. He earned his B.S. in Kinesiology from the College of William and Mary in 2009 and his Master's Degree in Education from McDaniel College in 2012. Mr. Rutter began his teaching career in 2012 as a Special Educator at Francis Scott Key High School. He also taught at Northwest Middle School before transitioning to Physical Education and Health while teaching at Westminster High School. Mr. Rutter returned to Francis Scott Key High School in the Acting Assistant Principal role prior to the start of the 2020-2021 school year. Mr. Rutter lives in Taneytown with his wife, three daughters and son. |
Mrs. Shannon Zepp

Ms. Zepp is a 1998 graduate of Westminster High School. She earned her B.S. in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech in 2002 and her M.A. Ed from Virginia Tech in 2003. She began teaching in 2003 as a Chemistry and Physics teacher at North Carroll High School before opening Manchester Valley High School as Academic Facilitator in 2009. She became Assistant Principal of Liberty High School in 2013. She served as Assistant Principal at Winters Mill for 4.5 years before coming to Francis Scott Key High School in 2019. Ms. Zepp lives in Westminster with her husband, daughter and son. |
Mrs. Lynn Kohr
|
Mrs. Kohr attended Western Maryland College and earned a B.A. in Biology. She continued on at WMC where she earned a teaching certificate and a Master of Liberal Arts (MLA). She started teaching biology in 1990 at Liberty High School before moving to FSK in 2000. She was the assistant and varsity coach for soccer and assistant coach for lacrosse at Liberty. She has experience coaching women's soccer at McDaniel College for a number of years. She has served on numerous county and school-based committees during her time at FSK. She is currently working to complete her certification in secondary school administration. In her spare time, she trains for and runs marathons. |
