Students are allowed three (3) days for college visits with no absence charged. Forms must be completed prior to the visit for "no absence" eligibility. The form must be signed by the student, parent, counselor and teachers.

Maryland State Law requires all applicants for a learner's permit, under the age of 16, to demonstrate acceptable school attendance in the prior school semester. To verify school attendance, School Official or Home School Coordinator must complete sections B and D of this form.
